Ritika is born and brough up in Navi Mumbai. She conpleted her schooling from Apeejay School, Nerul and further pursued her BA (Psychology) from Ramnarain Ruia College, Matunga. Finally completed her MA (Industrial Psychology) from Mumbai University. She started corporate stint at KEC International Ltd. (flagship of the RPG Group) as an Associate Talent Acquisition.
