Ritika is born and brough up in Navi Mumbai. She conpleted her schooling from Apeejay School, Nerul and further pursued her BA (Psychology) from Ramnarain Ruia College, Matunga. Finally completed her MA (Industrial Psychology) from Mumbai University. She started corporate stint at KEC International Ltd. (flagship of the RPG Group) as an Associate Talent Acquisition. She went onn to pursue a unique MBA programme from the Vedica Scholars Program for Women , Delhi. Today, she is employed with a fast growing Human Resources Consulting firm called PeopleSquare Human Resources Consulting , specialising into Leadership Hiring.We belong to an upper middle class family and have enculcated values and morals in our daughter. She is affectionate, loving daughter and down-to-earth. We hail from a nuclear family and Ritika is our only child. She is the apple of our eyes, and we wish for a well-settled, educated , forward thinking groom with whom she can make a happy home.
